It is quite interesting what Rogers revealed to CRTC (see https://crtc.gc.ca/otf/eng/2022/8000/c12-202203868.htm) and what they did not reveal (e.g. I heard on the grapevine that they mangled the routing tables on their core switches and then locked themselves out of the switches and data center as well and that's why it took so long to roll back).
