There's at least a school of thought that says everyone has an amount of human contact below which they get squirrely, and another amount of human contact above which they get squirrely, and these amounts shift with circumstances and don't usefully categorize into "introvert" and "extravert".
I'd say the issue is going to involve all manner of gyrations to avoid the "success or control, pick exactly one" systems constraint. All this work-from-home is providing evidence that success does not require control.
