I think my prediction is not far off from yours (sans the Civil War part as the opposition might not even get to fire a single shot): Trump 2.0 will push as far as it can and if SCOTUS rebukes him too strongly, he will completely ignore its decisions given that DOJ will be castrated and sock-puppeted long before summer high court decisions and given that Congress is even less inclined to remove him from office (at least until midterms which seems like an eternity away).
