I have read HP7 and my one-line review is: shows the expected strengths and weaknesses typical of Rowling; ties things up reasonably well; not, however, really likely to be up for a quick reread.  She avoided the straight treasure hunt plot which she had seemed to signal in the last book -- although that was not really a surprise, since she has tended to signal one thing and then do another before.  The series as a whole works well, especially considering the age group it's aimed at, but I suspect it's not going to be where, say, the E. Nesbitt Psammead books are a century from now.
