I have come to the conclusion that Justin got the charisma but not the wits.

I've also come to the conclusion that the last time Canada participated in putting someone on trial for a deliberate act of genocide, those found guilty were hanged. I think we need to think about that very carefully in terms of fossil carbon investment.
